- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Orders:
If you place a pre-order, your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Expected ship dates will be listed on the product page and/or order confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited options based on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your country’s customs office for more information.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged items as proof.
